1 (10oz) bag PuraVida Foods Saffron Brown Rice Paella, thawed
1 (10oz) bag PuraVida Foods Flame Grilled Adobo Street Corn & Peppers, thawed
1 large flour tortilla
1 cup guacamole
1 cup Mexican four cheese blend, shredded

Step 1Gather the ingredients. Remove PuraVida Foods Saffron Brown Rice Paella and Flame Grilled Adobo Street Corn & Peppers from the freezer to thaw.

Step 2Laying the tortilla down on a cutting board. Take a knife and make a cut from the middle of the tortilla down to the edge. Place the guacamole on one quarter, Flame Grilled Adobo Street Corn & Peppers on another quarter, the PuraVida Foods Saffron Brown Rice Paella and a sprinkle of cheese on another quarter and lastly only cheese on the last quarter. Fold the wrap up, starting from the bottom left quarter, folding it up over the top left, then folding over the top right, then folding it down to the bottom right.

Step 3Press slightly and place in toaster and cook until golden brown and crispy.

Step 4Remove from the toaster. Enjoy!
