Cooked Black Rice, Cooked Wheatberries, Chili Sauce (Ground tomatoes [Tomatoes, Citric Acid], Water, Red Onion, Sea Salts, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Dried Chili Peppers, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Modified Food Starch, Thyme), Cooked White Beans, Yellow Squash, Cooked Quinoa, Cooked Millet, Red Bell Pepper, Asparagus, Kale, Almonds.
Preparation Instructions
For best results, keep frozen until ready to cook. Product should be cooked thoroughly to at least 165°F. Refrigerate any leftover product. Do not refreeze.
Remove bowl from sleeve and place in the microwave (do not remove the self-venting film). Microwave on HIGH for 4-5mins, or until product is hot.
Carefully remove from microwave, use caution to avoid HOT STEAM that may escape.
Let bowl rest for 1 minute, then remove the self-venting film, stir thoroughly, and enjoy.
