COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
DIRECTIONS: For best results, keep frozen until ready to cook. Product should be cooked thoroughly to at least 165°F. Refrigerate any leftover product. Do not refreeze.
Ancient Grains & Specialty Rices, Fire Roasted Vegetable Blends
MICROWAVE (Preferred)
- Place the package in the microwave with the STEAM VENTS FACING UPWARD (back side of the package facing up).
- Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes or until product is cooked, carefully remove from the microwave.
- When removing product from the package, avoid hot steam that may escape.
STOVETOP
- Add 1 tbsp. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a nonstick pan.
- Pour contents of packing into large nonstick pan.
- Cook over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes or until cooked, stirring occasionally.
CAUTION: PRODUCT WILL BE HOT

MICROWAVE
Microwave on HIGH for 1.5 minutes, then peel back film and stir. Re-cover with film and microwave for an additional 2 minutes, or until product is cooked. Carefully remove from microwave, use caution to avoid HOT STEAM that may escape. Let bowl rest for 1 minute, then remove the self-venting film, stir thoroughly, and enjoy.
