Crab Cakes with Brussels & Bacon

Ingredients

 

1 cup PuraVida Foods Brussels Sprouts and Uncured Bacon, thawed

8 ounces jumbo lump crabmeat

1 large egg, beaten

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire

3/4 cup crushed saltines

1/4 cup oil

lemon wedges and tartar sauce for serving

 

Directions

  • Step 1

    Gather the ingredients. Finely chop the PuraVida Foods Brussels Sprouts and Uncured Bacon


  • Step 2

    In a large bowl combine brussels sprouts with bacon, crab meat, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire, and saltines. Form into 5 patties.


  • Step 3

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook crab cakes until golden brown and crispy, about 5 minutes.


  • Step 4

    Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce. Enjoy!
