Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup Thousand Island dressing
1 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided
1 cup chopped corned beef
1 cup PuraVida Foods Fire Roasted Brussels Sprouts, thawed & chopped
½ cup sauerkraut, drained
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
crackers for serving

Step 1Preheat oven to 350° F. Gather ingredients.

Step 2In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese and Thousand Island dressing until combined.

Step 3Add 1 cup of the Swiss cheese, corned beef, chopped PuraVida Foods Fire Roasted Brussels Sprouts, sauerkraut, and black pepper.

Step 4Transfer dip to a small baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup Swiss cheese. Bake until golden and bubbly, 18-20 minutes.
